And Beige - STORE POLICY

UPON DELIVERY

  • Immediately upon delivery please inspect the shipment for accuracy of materials ordered and for any visible shipping damage. Contact your sales representative or customerservice@andbeige.com immediately if any problems exist. All claims must be presented in writing to And Beige (AB) and any delivery carrier within two (2)days of receipt of material. Any damage that is apparent upon delivery must be noted on the freight carrier delivery receipt.

PAYMENT

  • And Beige (AB) accepts the following forms of payment with valid photo identification: Visa, Master Charge, American Express, Discover, Cash, & Checks. All Checks are subject to verification and all appropriate fees associated with NSF transactions in addition to the face value of the document. Returned check fee is $65.00.
  • Full payment is due for all items prior to delivery. A Fifty (50%) deposit required on all custom orders with a shipping date beyond four (4) weeks. Final payment is due prior to shipment on any custom ordered material. All orders totaling $2000.00 or less require full payment.

GIFT CARDS

  • All giftcard purchases are non-returnable. All purchases made with giftcards are returnable under store policy for store credit only. No cash/credit refund will be given.

REFUNDS

  • refunds are issued in the form of payment of the original purchase with proof of purchase. Purchases made with cash or check will be refunded by check. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for refunds on payments made by check. Full refund on all items purchased within seven (7) days of purchase and store credit up to fourteen (14) days. No exceptions. Any refund over $75.00 will be issued in the form of a check.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Items maybe returned in its original condition for a full refund within seven (7) days of pick-up or delivery and store credit up to fourteen (14) days. Delivery/shipping fees may be excluded from refund.
  • No returns are accepted on custom upholstry items.
  • All fees for services rendered (including specific delivery charges), clearance sale merchandise, and damaged items are non-refundable.
  • all items outside the seven (7) day return policy, listed above and/or visibly damaged merchandise is non-returnable.
  • All sale items and items reduced in price are sold as is and THE TRANSACTION is considered final.
  • And Beige, LLC (AB) will accept a one time item exchange of any on the floor stock product for size and color preference of equal value only (Found Pieces excluded). This exchange must take place within seven (7) days of purchase.

LIMITED WARRANTY

  • And Beige, LLC. (AB) extends the warranties of all manufacturers with proof of purchase. For additional questions and warranty information, please contact customerservice@andbeige.com or your sales representative.

FABRIC WARRANTY

  • Warranty covers seams, slippage, fraying and zippers. It does not include wrinkling, fading, pilling, shrinking, dye lots, and normal wear and tear.

CUSHIONCORES

  • Softening of foam, down, and other core material is expected to occur over the life of the merchandise. It is therefore not covered under warranty.

LEATHER/PAINTED FURNITURE/WOOD

  • Natural variations occur in the dye lots, wood grains, leather hides, and painted finishes, therefore are not warranted.

SLIP COVERED PIECES

  • Furnishings covered in this fashion should be professionally cleaned. Pre-washed fabrics may be machined washed but this will void all warranties.

SERVICING OF WARRANTY

  • And Beige, LLC. (AB) reserves the right to inspect merchandise in your home. Depending on the type of repair required, services may be performed in your home or at an appropriate workshop approved by (AB). Repairs, replacements, and or refunds are at the discretion of And Beige.
